7-Day Cancellation Policy
Complimentary cancellation (7 days):
Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 7 days prior to the scheduled check-in date (by 3:00 PM, local time).
Cancellations or changes within 7 days:
For cancellations, date changes, or reductions in stay made within 7 days of arrival, the full cost of the reservation will be charged.
No-show policy:
In the event of a no-show on the day of arrival, the full reservation amount will be charged. The booking will then be released and may be reallocated.
Early departure:
Should a guest choose to depart earlier than planned, unused nights are non-refundable.
Refunds:
Any approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Lost Property
We take great care to look after any personal belongings left behind. Should an item be found, we will be happy to store it securely for collection or arrange postage upon request, with delivery costs covered by the guest.
Please note that Luxury Beachfront Rooms cannot accept responsibility for the loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings left in the property at any time.
