Our Quantum Frequency Centre uses scalar-wave energy enhancement technology, the same kind found in wellness centres across the UK, US and internationally for over twenty years. Guests relax in a comfortable, softly-lit room while multiple frequencies work together around them, creating a calm, restorative environment away from everyday noise and screens.
What to Expect
The Room
A private, softly-lit space with comfortable loungers, ambient sound and multiple frequency panels arranged around you.
The Session
Sessions typically run 30–120 minutes. Come in comfortable clothing, settle in, and simply relax. There's nothing to do but unwind.

The Bio-Well Test
A gentle, non-invasive scan that takes just a few minutes. You'll place your fingertips on a small sensor while the system reads and displays your energy field as a colourful, easy-to-understand image: a lovely way to check in with yourself at the start of a wellness session.
The Centre Session
Step into a calm, softly-lit room and settle into a comfortable chair or lounger. Multiple frequency panels work together around you while you simply relax, read, meditate or drift off. Sessions typically run from 30 minutes up to two hours, whatever suits you best.
About Us
Craig and Elisabeth run Luxury Beach Front Rooms and the Quantum Frequency Centre side by side, right here on the Fife coast.
The wellness centre grew out of the same idea as the rooms themselves: that a proper reset needs the right setting. Guests can combine a stay with a wellness package, or book the centre on its own.
